Tanya Teichroeb joined TRCL in the fall of 2016 as a support worker in the Supported Child Development Program. Eventually, she earned a diploma in Community and Classroom Support with a Behaviour Intervention specialty and joined TRCL’s Autism Support Program. In 2023 Tanya continued her education with an ECE focus and she became a consultant for the Inclusive Childcare Program and the Autism Support Program. Tanya is passionate about supporting families and advocating for inclusion in our region.
