Previously I have supported adults with developmental disabilities in a residential care setting as a support worker.  Through the years, I realized that working and advocating for people who may otherwise not have a voice in their own daily living and supports appealed to me in many ways. I find it rewarding to support people in reaching their personal goals.  We create memories filled with laughter and care.; while celebrating personal achievements and ensuring individual rights and community inclusion are held to the highest standards. I appreciate working with a team (TRCL) who share the same values as my own.
